Betül AKÇA, one of our founding lawyers, completed her high school education at Kahramanmaraş Çukurova Elektrik Anatolian High School with a degree and then completed her undergraduate education at Afyon Kocatepe University Faculty of Law with a degree. Starting from his undergraduate education, he has taken part in many projects and workshops supported by the Ministry, and during this period he has also been actively involved in non-governmental organisations. Currently, he continues his academic career both in the field of Law and as a student of Ankara University Faculty of Communication. Our Founding Attorney, who is a freelance lawyer at the Ankara Bar Association, provides legal risk analysis, contract consultancy, general legal consultancy services in order to ensure that his clients can carry out legally smooth business processes and mainly deals with Criminal Law, IT Law, Commercial Law, Insurance Law, Tax Law, Real Estate Law, and provides litigation and consultancy in all areas, especially disputes regarding crypto asset issues. In the sector, it continues to provide consultancy services to many successful companies.

AKÇA, who has undertaken different duties in various committees of the Ankara Bar Association, has taken part in many trainings on KVKK, IT Law and Insurance Arbitration; he has undertaken the title of trainer in many trainings.

AKÇA is aware of the fact that it is performing a sensitive profession that requires responsibility, dedication and conscience; and has set itself the goal of being a pioneer and creative in the legal sector.
