About Us

One of our Founding Attorneys, Betül AKÇA, completed her high school education at Kahramanmaraş Çukurova Elektrik Anatolian High School with honors; and then completed her undergraduate education at Afyon Kocatepe University Faculty of Law with honors. She has been involved in many Ministry-supported projects and workshops since her undergraduate education, during which time she actively served in non-governmental organizations. Currently, she continues her academic career as a student of Ankara University Faculty of Communication and Anadolu University Management Information Systems, as well as in the field of Law. AKÇA has also received training in cybersecurity and has gained competence in developing a strong awareness and protection strategies against potential threats in the digital world.

Our Founding Attorney, who works as a freelance lawyer at the Ankara Bar Association, mainly provides consultancy services on crypto assets and blockchain technology in addition to providing legal risk analysis and general legal consultancy services to ensure that her clients can carry out business processes smoothly from a legal perspective. In this context, legal consultancy for token projects, preparation of legal opinions, and management of licensing processes of local/global crypto service providers are provided. In addition, together with her team, she also provides legal/technical services regarding token listing processes and blockchain-based smart contract designs.

In this context; AKÇA and her team provide litigation and legal/technical consultancy services in all areas, especially disputes regarding crypto asset issues. She also continues to provide legal consultancy services to many successful companies, crypto service providers and token projects in the sector together with her team.

AKÇA, who takes on various duties in different boards of the Ankara Bar Association, has taken part in many trainings on KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), IT Law, Insurance Arbitration and Crypto Asset Law; and she has assumed the role of trainer in many trainings.

AKÇA is aware that she practices a sensitive profession that requires responsibility, devotion and conscience, and has aimed to be a pioneer and creative in the legal sector. She aims to provide reliable, high-quality, fast and success-oriented services to her clients towards this goal at all times. She also continues her activities voluntarily and actively in many Social Responsibility Projects and associations.
